We use advanced CFD analysis software and conducts tests and comparisons in our laboratory before manufacturing, to improve the efficiency of continuous reaction process and provide customers with the most optimized mixing solution.
Different from batch reactors, continuous stirred tank reactors (CSTR) uninterruptedly carry out the process of "material input – mix & react – output" under a relatively stable state. Our products have the characteristics of being able to withstand high temperatures and pressures, having excellent sealing and efficient stirring. We provide reliable, stable, low-maintenance and long-life support for continuously process such as polymerization and esterification involved in chemical fiber materials, pharmaceutical intermediates and so on.
